Nederland CO and Idaho Springs Colorado are two of the best hidden towns near Denver, Colorado. Another one of the best small towns in Colorado to visit is Golden–our Airbnb is actually in Golden Gate Canyon State Park! We highly recommend visiting mountain towns as one of the things to do near Denver. We share the Carousel Of Happiness story and enjoy our ride on it and ate some delicious dinner at Beau Jo’s Pizza.
