One of the best places to visit in Bulgaria is the open air ethnographic museum, Etar (or Etara) near Gabrovo Bulgaria! We stopped in along our Bulgarian road trip to see some local ethnography. Near the center of Bulgaria, Etara displays traditional crafts of the Bulgarian people in action amid very beautiful nature! We also touch on where to stay in Gabrovo and show one of the yummiest breads in the world, another taste of Bulgaria, as we continue to travel in Bulgaria!
